1. Moderate use of heat pump dryer
Summer is hot and rainy. During this period, try not to fatigue the heat pump dryer. Long-term continuous work will easily cause high-temperature aging, therefore, every 20 hours of work requires 4 hours of rest, and carry out routine inspections, such as tightening screws, adding butter, and checking vibrations.

2. Control the temperature of heat pump dryer

In order to avoid the high temperature of the heat pump dryer (generally below 50 degrees) in summer, it is recommended to use lubricating oil suitable for high temperature to increase the lubricity of the dryer machine, ensure the flexibility of the dryer machine operation, and reduce friction and heat. In addition, if the bearing temperature rises, check cause and eliminate it immediately.

3. Do a good job of daily cleaning

Always pay attention to whether there are aggregates, blockages or sticky materials , and clean them if there are any. In case of a sudden power failure, turn off the heat source switch and all power switches first, and then clean the equipment after the temperature of the heat pump dryer barrel is normal.

4. Keep away from flammable and dangerous goods

There is strong sunlight in summer, so you should pay attention to the place where the heat pump dryer is placed to avoid placing flammable and explosive products, such as portable lighters, air fresheners or flammable plastic products. These are potentially dangerous and prone to explosions and other accidents.
