Introduction to belt agricultural dryer:

The belt agricultural dryer machine has advantages of large output and good drying effect. Agricultural products drying equipment can be used to dry various agricultural products, such as beet, pumpkin, cabbage, chopped green onion, yam, potato, carob, etc. So it's also called beet drying machine, pumpkin drying machine and chopped green onion drying machine.

Advantages and characteristics of agricultural dryer machine:

1. Quickly complete the drying process at one time, so that the temperature in the agricultural drying machine is always lower than 50°C, and the dried agricultural products completely retain their nutrients, bright colors and fragrance.

2. The temperature of the hot air can be set according to the needs of material to be dried, and the temperature can be freely controlled between 40-120℃, so that the color of materials after being dried will not be changed.

3. Each layer is equipped with material stoppers and material guiders to prevent materials falling from the upper layer to the next layer; the materials will be cyclically turned inside the agricultural dryer machine and dried layer by layer to ensure the consistent drying degree of  materials.

4. The feeding conveyor of the beet dryer machine, pumpkin drying machine and chopped green onion drying machine is equipped with a material homogenizing device, which can adjust the thickness of the material spreading according to the different bulk densities of materials,  and maximize the feeding to ensure the output of the agricultural product drying equipment.

5. The transmission part adopts a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor, which can control the drying time according to the moisture content of materials, which improves the efficiency under the premise of ensuring the drying effect.
